john@johnvdoan.comOn the Adventure map, tap the glowing (unlocked) planet to start a mission, then tap the big number button with the right answer. Each correct answer flies the rocket farther; finishing a level earns up to 3 stars and unlocks the next planet. A wrong answer is gentle — it just invites another try.
Yes. Cosmic Cadets quietly adapts to each child, one skill at a time. When answers come easily the numbers grow; when a skill is tricky it eases back — so the same game suits a brand-new counter and a confident adder.
Counting, addition, subtraction, finding a missing number, comparing numbers (more or less), and first steps in multiplication (groups of 2, 5, and 10). Younger children count colorful objects on screen; older children work with the numbers.
Open the Cadets tab and tap "Add Cadet." Each cadet gets their own name, avatar, color, and separate progress. Tap a cadet to make them the active player.
Tap the gear icon at the top-right of the Adventure map. It's behind a simple math question (so a grown-up opens it). Inside you'll find a per-skill progress dashboard, switches for sound and music, and an option to reset a cadet's progress.
Open the Parent Zone. "Mute sounds & haptics" turns off the effects, and "Background music" has its own on/off switch and volume slider. Music also follows your phone's silent switch.
