Cosmic Cadets is a math game for young children. Because it is made for kids and has no logins, ads, or social features, the app is designed to collect and share nothing.
Nothing. The app does not ask for or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts to create, no name or email required to play, and no servers to talk to.
The following is stored locally on the device using Apple's standard on-device database (SwiftData) and the system settings store (UserDefaults), and never leaves the device:
The name you type for a profile is entirely your choice — a nickname or initial works fine, and it is only ever used on the device to label that cadet's progress. You can delete any cadet, or reset all progress, from inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes everything.
None. Cosmic Cadets does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. There is no third-party content of any kind.
The app makes no network requests. The whole game runs on the device, with no internet connection needed at any point.
Cosmic Cadets is designed for children and is rated 4+. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no information at all. Settings and progress-management live in a "Parent Zone" placed behind a simple math question so they are reached by a grown-up rather than a young child. There are no purchases, no external links, and no ways to communicate with others.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that affects privacy — we will update this page and clearly note what changed.
