Frequently asked

Are the kickoff times in my time zone?

Yes. Every match time is shown in your iPhone's local time zone, so you don't have to do any math.

How do I follow a team or match?

Open any team or match and tap the star ("Follow"). Followed items appear in the Favorites tab. When you follow a match, the app also offers a reminder 15 minutes before kickoff.

How do kickoff reminders work?

They're local notifications scheduled on your device — no server involved. Follow a match, allow notifications when asked, and you'll get a heads-up 15 minutes before it starts.

Why do I see the schedule but not live scores?

The full schedule, groups, and bracket are built into the app and always work, even offline. Live scores and standings load when your device is online. If you see a banner saying live data isn't available, check your connection and pull down to refresh.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The complete 104-match schedule, team list, group composition, and knockout bracket are bundled in the app and work with no signal. Only live scores and live standings need a connection.

Is this the official FIFA app?

No. Soccer 2026 is an independent, unofficial companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FIFA or any football federation.

Does the app collect any data?

No. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. The only thing stored is the teams and matches you follow, kept on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
