Salon Turns Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026 · applies to Salon Turns for iPad, version 1.0 and later

Salon Turns does not collect any data. It has no servers, makes no network connections, and never sends what you enter to the developer or to anyone else.

What the app stores, and where

Everything below is saved in the app's own storage on your iPad. The app itself never copies it anywhere else:

The app never asks for a customer's name, phone number, email address or any other customer details, and has no fields meant for them.

What leaves the iPad

Nothing, unless you send it. The Tally screen can make a CSV or PDF file, which goes to the iPad's share sheet only when you tap the button. Where it goes from there (Mail, Files, a printer) is your choice and is handled by that app or service, not by Salon Turns.

Like any app's data, Salon Turns' records are included in your iPad's own backups if you back up the iPad to iCloud or a computer. Those backups are managed by Apple and by you.

Never part of Salon Turns

Deleting your data

In the app, Settings → Clear today deletes everything logged today. Archiving a technician on the Team screen moves them to an Archived list, where they can be restored; their name stays in past days' logs, so names are archived rather than deleted. To delete all of the app's data, delete Salon Turns from the iPad.

Children

Salon Turns is a tool for salon staff and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone.
