The message is generated by Apple's on-device foundation model (Apple Intelligence). Your information never leaves your iPhone. Pick a kind of message (refill request, reschedule, insurance inquiry, etc.), choose a person, optionally pick a medication or appointment for context, then tap "Write with AI". Tap Copy or Share to send it through Mail, Messages, or anywhere else.
Apple Intelligence is only available on iPhone 15 Pro / 15 Pro Max and newer, and only after you enable it in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri. If it isn't available, the app shows you a yellow notice and offers a built-in "Template" button instead — that one works on any iPhone with no setup.
Yes. Every feature — tracking, viewing, message generation — runs entirely on your iPhone. The app never makes network requests.
Not in this first release. Everything is stored locally on the device you use. iCloud sync is on the roadmap for a future update.
The app seeds an example family (Mom and Dad with a few meds) the very first time you open it, so the screens aren't empty. Delete them from their profile menus, or use Settings → "Delete all data" to wipe everything at once. The sample data will not come back.
